Who is behind this space?

I’m July – introvert, coffee enthusiast, and ADHD coach in training. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD myself, and like many, I struggled to find resources that actually felt relevant. Most ADHD advice seemed overwhelming, too broad, or just didn’t fit the way my brain worked.

That’s why I created this space – to bring together research, coaching techniques, and tools in a way that makes ADHD easier to explore. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I do share what I learn, break down useful concepts, and help make sense of what’s out there – so you don’t have to do it alone.

I sort through the research, so you don’t have to

When I was first diagnosed with ADHD, I wasn’t sure where to start. There were books, online magazines, and tons of advice – but beyond the basics, I couldn’t find a clear breakdown of what I actually needed to know. Everyone talked about “systems,” but no one explained how to set them up.

And now, in my coaching training, I hear the same thing: “Every ADHD brain is different. You have to find your own way.” But that left me feeling stuck – how do I figure that out? Was I just supposed to try everything blindly?

So I decided to do it myself. I started collecting everything – research, coaching techniques, practical tools – and organizing it in a way that actually makes sense. And while I was at it, I realized something: ADHD coaching doesn’t have to be about working with a coach. A motivated person with ADHD doesn’t need deep dives or information overload – they need a simple framework, the right tools, and a guide to coaching themselves.

That’s what I’m building here. A space where I share what I learn, break it down in an ADHD-friendly way, and hopefully, over time, create a simple, structured system that actually works. No fluff, no overwhelm – just a clear way forward.
