How it works

Here’s what the coaching journey looks like — simple, supportive, and shaped around your needs:

Step 1 – Fill Out the Questionnaire

Start by telling me a bit about yourself. This helps me understand where you’re at and whether I’m the right person to support you.

Step 2 – Book a Free Intro Session

Once I’ve read your answers, you’ll receive a link to book a relaxed, no-commitment call. This is your space to ask questions and see if coaching feels like a good fit.

Step 3 – Begin Coaching (6 Free Sessions)

If we’re aligned, you’ll receive a package of six free 1:1 sessions — completely tailored to you. We can focus on anything from routines to overwhelm to self-trust. No pressure, just gentle guidance and space to grow.
